ACI frequently repair Rectifier Panels and diode packs for our customers. As part of our servicing and/or overhaul of these units we subject each diode to a rigorous testing procedure prior to assembly into a diode pack. Diode packs are then bolted onto the frame and correctly spaced to ensure there is no risk of shorting between phases. Lastly, we re-test the fully assembled panel to ensure the repair meets our stringent quality control standards.
