As part of our Grid Blower assessment process, we check winding resistance, wear of the brushes, ball bearing wear, balance and examine the winding insulation.
Even in situations where brushes and ball bearings may be acceptable, for complete customer peace of mind, and preventative maintenance, ACI will replace all perishable components on the blower motor, and perform corrective work on any suspected corrosion.
